cones, rectangular prisms, etc.
Sharing our P items.
Drawing shapes.
We started with a square and ended with a cube.

Painting pumpkins
This activity served as cutting practice and
bringing 2D concepts into 3D. We folded and taped
the template as a cube.

Shape Town
They built a town using different shapes.
We discussed what shapes they used.
Then, they had to draw the shapes they used
onto small clipboards.

Spotlight student.
P is for pumpkin.
Tracing the letter P with glitter glue.

After a long break, some friends wanted to
share what they did with their families over the break.
Exploring the insides of the pumpkin.
Some friends dove right in with their hands.
Some wanted to use the tool.

They were in charge of taping the strips of paper
in a way that makes it appear 3D. Some made
"playgrounds" and "zoos."

Fun in the minds-in-motion room.

Trying out the new caterpillar crawl.

Writing P's on a pumpkin.
