Turkeys and the first Thanksgiving

As we sat in a circle together, we sang our color songs.
This was also a stand up, sit down according to color activity.

Decorating paper bag " corncobs " that represented
food from the first Thanksgiving.

Sight word "me" practice.
We also practiced previous letters with
dry-erase boards.

Sharing letter C items.

High-fiving the door holder.

Creating 2D and 3D shapes
with cranberries and toothpicks.

Creating colorful turkeys.
If you're ever wondering. This is the independent table.
There is not a teacher at this table telling them what to do.
(We are supervising at a distance.)
We want them to make it their own creation when possible.
This is helps them to take the initiative to complete tasks on their own,
and create how they feel lead.

Looking for the letters in their name.
